sued EVMO f/k/a Rideshare
Rental after a $6 million
investment in its struggling
business operation.
On May 23, U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Sarah L. Cave
held a conference. Inner City

Criticized in the
complaint is the founder, Ramy
Al-Batrawi. Now there is a
schedule for document
discovery but all other
discovery is stayed pending a
settlement conference.
