SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 18 – Raheem James is on
supervised release for a
narcotics conviction in a 2017
case, which resulted in a four
year sentence apparently
shortened by good
time.
On May 18, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Paul G.
Gardephe held a violation of
supervised release proceeding.
Inner City Press covered it.
The
specifications, as they're
called, involved marijuana,
and small amounts of other
drugs. But the state charges
were dropped.
Therefore, all
VOSR specifications were
dismissed.
The case is US v.
James, 17-cr-63 (Gardephe)
