SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 25 – Brand Q, Inc.
sued Paragon Uniform &
Apparel, Inc. for copyright
infringement.
On May 25, U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Sarah Netburn
held a conference. Inner City
Press covered it.
Judge
Netburn gave the parties until
September 23 to amend the
pleadings, with a status
letter due on that day. She
offered a settlement
conference, noting that "in
light of the Court's busy
calendar, settlement
conferences must generally be
scheduled at least four to six
weeks in advance."
The case is Brand
Q, Inc. v. Paragon Uniform
& Apparel, Inc. et al.,
22-cv-1992 (Kaplan /
Netburn)
