SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 18 – Kathleen Hochul as
Governor of the State of New
York has been sued for the
mask mandate in
schools.
On
November 18, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge J.
Paul Oetken held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Oetken was told that class are
less full upstate and in
non-public schools, and
especially that mask pose
additional problems for
disabled children. IDEA and
the Rehabilitation Act were
cited.
The
defendant noted that the
plaintiff are from New YOrk
City, not upstate, and the
Massachusetts vaccination
precedent was cited.
