rise to a lawsuit involving
Turning Point for Women and
the Council on
American-Islamic Relations New
York.
On May 19,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Katharine H.
Parker held a conference.
Inner City Press covered
it.
Judge Parker
ordered the City to produce
the report of its academic
expert by June 30, and for the
deposition of the expert to
occur before July 21, on which
day another conference will be
held.
The case is Clark
et al v. City of New York,
18-cv-2334 (Torres /
Parker)
