SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 23 – Nathan Torres
was nearing the end of his
supervised
release.
On March 23 in the U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Richard J. Sullivan held
a proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge Sullivan inquired into a
previous order of protection.
He was urged to issue a
suspended sentence. I don't
think we do that anymore, he
replied.
He congratulated
Torres for progress he had
made, but said the
relationship still needs to be
monitored. He imposed six more
months of Supervised Release.
The case is
US v. Torres, 16-cr-767
(Sullivan)
