SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 19 – Tiquan Reese was
charged with selling forged
checks and more on the dark
web.
On November 19,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Ronnie Abrams held a
change of plea proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it.
Online,
Reese was known as AlphaCVV
and charged $66 to $68 per
forged check. He has agreed to
forfeit $86,894.49.
His Federal
Defender, who co-signed the
Consent Order of Forfeiture,
said she is going on leave in
March 2021 but wants to be the
Defender at the sentencing.
So it is set for
March 5 at 10:30 am.
The case is US v.
Reese et al., 19-cr-904
