SDNY COURTHOUSE,
August 9 – James Jones was
sentenced in 2017 to 60 months
in prison then three years of
supervised release. On July 28
he was
re-arrested.
On
August 9, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Vernon S.
Broderick held a proceeding.

Jones had
been released on bond to
Fortune Society Housing.
On August 9,
Assistant US Attorney Maurene
Comey said he was doing well.
The case was put off until
November 12 at noon. (Jones'
lawyer was in California,
three hours earlier).
