SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 27 – Hercules provides
reloadable laundry cards, but
far from being like cash, they
are only useable in a small
number of laundry machines.
Hercules has been
sued.
On
May 27, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Paul G.
Gardephe held a
proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Judge Gardephe
read out an order, and said
that a motion to dismiss would
have little chance of success.
If Hercules still
wanted to file one, it should
explain why the issues raised
are surmountable.
And why would a
full year of discovery be
needed?
The case is
Libman v. Hercules Corp.,
21-cv-829 (Gardephe)
