Express is
embroiled in a
dispute with
Pepsi about
Gatorade
powder damaged
during
shipping
between Sri
Lanka and Nova
Scotia.
On
November 23,
2022, U.S.
District Court
for the
Southern
District of
New York
Magistrate
Judge Robert
W. Lehrburger
held a
proceeding.
Inner City

HLA questioned
how much
damage Pepsi
suffered, and
asked for
proof.
Judge
Lehrburger
ruled that
Pepsi must, by
December 18,
comply with
the requests
and that
"whether any
such material
may be used in
the London
proceeding is
to be
determined in
that forum."
