SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 21 –
Bartosz Gorzko sued BJ's
Wholesale Club for a slip and
fall at their store in Pelham
Manor.
On May 19, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Magistrate Judge
Katharine H. Parker held a
conference. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge Parker
ruled that the remaining fact
discovery must be finished by
June 30, with expert discovery
extended to September 30. A
joint status letter is due on
July 1.
