SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 16 – Michael Whitaker is
up on violations of supervised
release, and proposed to be
released on $5000
bond.
On March 16, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
William H. Pauley III held a
proceeding. Inner City Press

Whitaker
pleaded not guilty to
Specifications 5 to 9.
Judge Pauley
asked questions and then
denied bond, saying that
treatment is what is needed.
He set a next
conference for March 31.
