SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 10 – Quadlogic agreed to
sell its electricity meter
equipment and services in
Mexico through Ricardo
Grossman Goldscheider. But it
didn't get paid, and it
sued.
On January 12, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Lorna G. Schofield held a
pre-motion conference. Inner
City Press covered it.
Judge
Schofield asked, sensibly,
what the benefit of the motion
would be.
Quadlogic
said it "is the truly
aggrieved party in this case
and the subject of
Defendants' baseless and
exaggerated claims."
The case is
Quadlogic Controls Corporation
v. Grossman Goldscheider et
al., 21-cv-8366 (Schofield)
