SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 5 – SGM Holdings LLC sued
James Andrews and others under
N.Y. Judiciary Law Section 487
for allegedly fabricated
allegations in another
case.
On
June 3, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Magistrate Judge
Sarah L. Cave held a discovery
proceeding. Inner City Press
went and covered
it.
Judge Cave
asked repeatedly for the basis
of the case and the request.
She asked the defendants on
what basis they claimed that
emails involving the chambers
of the judge in the other
case, District Judge Paul A.
Crotty, were privileged.
She ruled that
Defendants should promptly
review to find, among other
things, communications
involving Karl Schledwitz, and
inform the Court by June 10.
The case is SGM
Holdings LLC et al v. Andrews
et al., 15-cv-8142 (Crotty /
Cave)
