Credit Reneged On Loan Now Trial Pushed To
March 8 After Board of Judges Meet

SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Feb 24 – Of a Feather LLC
arranged a loan with Allegro
Credit Services to refinance a
mortgage on property it owned.
Then it fell through, giving
rise to two
lawsuits.
On February 24,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Denise L. Cote held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The bench trial
has been scheduled for March
8. Judge Cote began by
apologizing.
She had been at a
Board of Judges meeting that
began at 1 pm, and ran past
the 2 pm start time of this
proceeding.
But she was
effective. Now the trial is
set for March 16.
The first case
is Of a Feather, LLC v.
Allegro Credit Services, LLC,
