Sept 24 – Xiomar Mantilla was
arrested for associating with
a felon in Massachusetts in
vioaltion of supervised
release.
On
September 24 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Judge Katherine Polk Failla
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
There was
talk of a remote domestic
violence programming session.
No additional detention was
ordered.
The case is US v.
Mantilla, 13-cr-438 (Failla)
