SDNY COURTHOUSE,
April 7 – Quinteria
Daniels has two daughters and
a third child on the way. In
September 2019 she planned the
armed robberies of seven
stories in Brooklyn, Queens
and The Bronx.
On April 7,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge William H. Pauley III
held her sentencing. Inner
City Press covered it.
Daniels'
lawyer recounted a difficult
childhood and a desire to
support her children.
Judge Pauley
said, This is not the way.
But while the
guideline sentence was 51 to
63 months, Judge Pauley citing
her family situation imposed a
sentence of six months, to
start in late August.
The case is US v.
Daniels, 19-cr-931
(Pauley)
