SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 27 – Cuodengzhou Peng is
charged with major marijuana
dealing, the Complaint compete
with photos of currency, and
phone numbers.
On May 27,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Sidney H. Stein held a
proceeding. Inner City

it.
Peng told him, I
cannot plead guilty.
Judge Stein
said he understand, and said
discovery should be completed
by June 25.
But motion
will not be due until
September 10.
