SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 7 – Bronxite Arelis
Ferris was driving a BMW on
West 169th Street and Grant
Highway on April 1, 2019 when
it was struck by a larger
vehicle owned by Trans-Porte,
Inc. A state lawsuit ensued.
On July 7,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The
parties are seeking a jury
trial. Judge Vyskocil remarked
that it often takes time to
get the medical records.
The case is
Ferrer v. Pomalia et al.,
21-cv-3572 (Vyskocil)
