SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 8 – Trump and his ACN
were the subject of a class
action filed in 2018.
On June 8,
2022 U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Magistrate Judge Sarah L.
Cave held a discovery
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The
plaintiffs on June 3 wrote
that they aim to depose Donald
Trump for seven hours, Don Jr.
for 7 hours, Eric, Ivanka and
Rhona Graff, Cathy Glosser,
Amanda Miller, Meredith McIver
and Lynn Patton, five hours
each. Also Hope Hicks for
three hours.
In February 2020
they deposed Philip Kirkwood
and Yvette
Blair-Foster.
Judge Cave listened, noted the
issues raised by deposing a
President, and asked for a
status letter by June 17.
The case is McKoy
et al v. The Trump Corporation
et al., 18-cv-09936 (Schofield
/ Cave)
