SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 8 – Isaac E. Ash sued the
hedge fund Maglan Capital
Holdings LLC after its
investment in Argentina
energy.
On November 6,
2020 U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Paul E. Engelmayer
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Most of the talk
was of the just-failed
settlement conference.
Judge Engelmayer
said this is a public line, he
did not want to hear the
details of the failure.
The case is back
on. It is Ash v. Maglan
Capital Holdings LLC et al.,
