After Talking 2 Kilos of
Heroin in The Bronx Man Has Bail Forfeited and
Now Trial to Come

SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Sept 27 –
A cooperator who pleaded
guilty to narcotic offenses in
June 2017 then helped
authorities and himself by
calling three more defendants
to discussed drugs deals.
They met in
a restaurant in The Bronx
about two kilograms of heroin
and the three were arrested.
On
September 25 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Katherine Polk Failla held a
proceeding. Inner City Press

it.
Defendant Ramon
Daniel Felix-Leonardo was
present with his CJA attorney.
In 2018 his bail had been
forfeited. Later the
indictment was re-numbered.
Now he has a pre-trial
conference on October 28.
