SDNY COURTHOUSE,
April 15 – John James Cardona
was arrested for planning a
heroin deal in 2018 with
Confidential Source 1, who
cooperated in the hopes of
receiving a benefit at
sentencing, according to the
complaint.
On April
15, 2021, after a series of
orders to continue in the
interest of justice, U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge William H. Pauley III
held Cardona's sentencing.

Thing were
friendly, with a referral to a
program in Rhinebeck, New York
and a follow up call scheduled
for June 24.
