Jan 18 – South
Dakota-based bank Crestmark
sued payment processor
Teleescrow for breaching an
agreement between
them.
On January 18, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Lorna G. Schofield held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Crestmark, a
division of Metabank N.A.,
says it is owed over $5
million. It will post one
thousandth of that and
re-appear in two days time.
