SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 13 –
Duvaughn Wilson, Courtney
Schloss and James Thomas are
the subjects of a superseding
indictment for firearms
crimes, including a straw
purchase from a dealer in
Lilburn,
Georgia.
On June 11, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Sidney H. Stein held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The
defendants pleaded not guilty.
Judge Stein has set the
deadline for motions, and
another conference, for
September 9.
Only Wilson has
been released.
The case is US v.
Wilson, 21-cr-249 (Stein)
