SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 22 – Global Merchant Bond
Series, Inc. has been sued for
not paying an agreed on
$300,000 breakup
fee.
On July 22, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Mary Kay Vyskocil held
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Vyskocil noted that discovery
had been repeatedly extended.
This time
she ordered that GMBS'
principal Marius Silvasan must
be produced for a deposition
on or before August 2, with a
letter due August 6. Motions
are sued by August 31.
