SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 23 – Lori Gjenashaj
was shot by police on March
25, 2018 on Highland Avenue on
Staten Island. She admits
having committed a crime but
said she was in her car, not
posing a threat.
She cites the
Bumpers case in The
Bronx.
On
May 4 in the U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York there was
a proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The City
defendants said they was to
exclude such things as the
patrol guide.
The case was
moving toward a trial.And how
is is scheduled for October 4,
2021, with Judge Colleen
McMahon to preside.
