SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 27 – Allan Guerrero is on
supervised release, in North
Carolina.
On
October 27 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Richard M.
Berman held a supervised
release hearing. Inner City
Press covered it.
Guerrero
is doing well. His son, he
said, works after school in
Wal-Mart; his daughter is a
certified babysitter. He would
like his supervised release to
be ended early.
Judge
Berman said he is often open
to early termination. But this
would be his earliest, he
said. He set another
conference for February 23 at
noon.
The case is US v.
Guerrero, 14-cr-617
(Berman)
