SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 7 – Brian Smith was
patted down and arrested on
December 16, 2019, charged
with having a gun.
On October
7 U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Katherine Polk Failla
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Smith's
Federal Defense said she may
make a motion about the
search. The complaint also
says "Victim-1 explained that
SMITH... assaulted her inside
of the Appeal and that, during
the assault, SMITH pulled out
a gun and threatened her."
Time was set for
that, running into January
2021.
This case is US
