SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 7 – Stuart Kloda was
getting ketamine injections
from Doctor Glen Z. Brooks and
NY Ketamine Infusions LCC and
died on February 2, 2017. His
Administrator and Prosequendum
Ricardo Valdes sued.
On January 6,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge John G. Koeltl held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
At first a
lawyer from Florida, not
licensed in New York or
admitted to the SDNY bar,
called in. Then another, from
Poughkeepsie.
The defendants
want to move for summary
judgment, after medical expert
discovery closes on Febuary
19.
The case is
Valdes et al v. Brooks et al.,
19-cv-617 (Koeltl)
