SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 20 – Lynne Freeman sued
Tracy Deebs-Elkenaney (f/k/a
Tracy Wolfe) and others for
allegedly ripping off her
manuscripts.
On July
20, 2022 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Magistrate Judge
Sarah Netburn held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The
defendants were requesting an
"Attorney's Eyes Only"
provision but Judge Netburn
denied it, directly the
parties to meet and confer and
propose a joint protective
order by July 25.
The case is
