SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Dec 28 – Malik McCollum is
charged with being a felon in
possession of a firearm, to
whit, a .25 caliber
semiautomatic pistol with
serial number
042284.
On December 22, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Judge Analisa Torres held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The proceeding

McCollum was released on
$150,000 bond on December 9
and his time to finalize
co-signers was extended to
December 23.
On December 22
Judge Torres asked McCollum to
lower his hood so she could
see him better.
She said
that motions are due by March
15 and she tentatively set a
trial date of November 14.
