charged with racial
discrimination by George
Calhoun. Laidlaw agreed to pay
$650,000 - then withheld more
than
$100,000.
On October 21 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Gregory H. Woods held a
proceeding. Inner City Press

Calhoun is
itching to file a motion for
summary judgment, he says.
