SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Dec 1 – Adam Lambert is
charged with being a felon in
possession.
But now he has
moved to dismiss due to the
jury pool make-up during the
COVID pandemic.
On
December 1, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Ronnie Abrams held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Abrams directed the US
Attorney's Office to answer
the motion to dismiss by
December 9.
There was talk of
conferring, on the substance
of the case, with the Chief
Medical Examination. The case
is US v. Lambert, 20-cr-469
(Abrams)
