SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 8 – Peter Blair is on
supervised release after
convictions for drugs and
guns.
On
November 8 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Richard M.
Berman held a supervised
release proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Judge Berman, as
is his practice, had the
Probation Officer sworn in.
Blair is doing well, she said,
with janitorial work.
The
Assistant US Attorney when
asked said that the guns and
violence were a concern, but
things did seem to be going
well.
Judge Berman
mentioned that supervision
could be shortened and/or
terminated. He said January 26
for the next hearing, and
wished Blair a happy holiday.
The case is
US v. Blair, 15-cr-288
(Berman)
