SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 20 – Natalie Jusino let
her apartment be used to store
crack cocaine.
She also
delivered it to street dealers
and collected money from them.
Then she turned
cooperator.
On July
20, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Paul G. Gardephe
held her sentencing. Inner
City Press covered
it.
It was
emphasized that as the person
delivering crack and
collecting money, she was well
positioned to testify against
others.
Judge Gardephe,
citing the 5K1.1 letter, gave
a sentence of five years of
probation.
The case is US v.
Jusino, 17-cr-251 (Gardephe).
