SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 11 – A law firm has sued
Super Crypto Mining and the
Digital Power Corporation for
not paying their legal
fees.
On January
11 U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge John G. Koeltl held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Koeltl said he will allow an
amended complaint, in two
weeks time; he accepted an
apology for ignoring a
practice rule.
The
defense lawyer said that one
of his clients may escape
jurisdiction.
While $2.5
million in fees is being
sought, it does not break down
equally between the
defendants.
The case is
Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP v.
Digital Power Corporation et
al., 20-cv-9811 (Koeltl)
