SDNY COURTHOUSE,
August 17 – Anjali Singhal
sued the Doughnut Plant for
discriminating against her as
a pregnant employee.
On August 15,
2022 U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Magistrate Judge Sarah
Netburn held a proceeding.

Judge Netburn
said fact discovery should end
by January 13, 2023; for any
motion for summary judgment, a
letter should be sent to the
assigned District Judge Andrew
L. Carter by January 30.
