SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Dec 28 – Hahson McRae is on
supervised released and has
now spent time incarcerated
for
marijuana.
On December 21, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Judge J. Paul Oetken held a
VOSR proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Judge
Oetken announced early in the
proceeding that he would
accept a guilty plea but not
impose any more jail time -
but would maintain the term of
supervised release as it was,
until April 2023.
