SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 7 – Shaquille Williams was
charged with being a felon in
possession of ammunition,
after shooting a gun in front
of 500 East 171st Street in
The Bronx on April 17,
2020.
On May
7, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge William H.
Pauley III held a change of
plea proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
It took a
while for the proceeding to
get going. There was some
discussion of, among other
topics, vaccination.
When
Williams came on to the
CourtCall platform, he waived
the public reading of the
charged against him, and said
he was satisfied with his
legal representation.
Judge
Pauley set the sentencing for
September 22 at 11 am.
The case is US v.
Williams, 20-cr-286
(Pauley)
