On January 3, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Judge Analisa Torres held a
proceeding. Inner City Press

Ms.
Rodriguez' lawyer, noting
recent entry into the case,
projected motions to suppress.
Judge Torres
called for those motions by
February 4, and motions in
limine by March 22 before a
May 16 trial.
