SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 27 – Sunny Sky Realty sued
LiveWire Ergogenics on a
promissory note. Soon the case
picked up a slew of third
party
defendants.
On October 27 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Gregory H. Woods held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
One of the
requests to Judge Woods was to
remove an attorney
diplomatically referred to
only by his initials (JP) who,
it was said, sends abusive
emails everytime he get a
notice in the case.
If you
feel threatened you should
tell law enforcement, Judge
Woods said.
He agreed to
prune the notification list,
but not public access, he
said.
The case is
American E Group LLC v.
LiveWire Ergogenics Inc.,
18-cv-3969 (Woods)
