SDNY COURTHOUSE,
April 5 –
Marvin Minott a/k/a Tyson
Smith is charged with being a
felon in possession of
ammunition, to wit, one .38
caliber shell
casing.
On April 5, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Andrew L. Carter held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
After Judge
Carter asked about the status
of discovery and its review,
Minott spoke for himself and
said he has been "sprayed like
an animal" while in detention.
He and his
counsel have been given until
the next conference on June 8
to review discovery.
The case is US v. Minott,
21-cr-702 (Carter)
