SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Sept 23 – Angel Rodriguez is
charged with being a felon in
possession of a firearm, to
wit, a .40 caliber Smith &
Wesson
pistol.
On September 23 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Paul G. Gardephe held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Rodriguez was
pulled over in an Audi in The
Bronx on December 31, 2020,
allegedly for having
"excessively tinted
windows." The police
smelled marijuana, and found a
gun they say.
Judge
Gardephe set the next
conference for November 18.
The case is US v.
Rodriguez, 21-cr-388
(Gardephe)
