Brooklyn is visually impaired
sued TheKindPen.com for having
an inaccessible website, for
its "personal vaporizer"
product.
On January 12 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John G. Koeltl held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Koeltl asked the plaintiff's
lawyer how much such cases he
has brought. One hundred, was
the answer.
And how many have
settled? More than 90.
Have any
gone to trial? No. Any been
resolved by motion?
Two. The lawyer
