SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Sept 27 – Elhadji Sidibe sued
Costco and Clifford Bethea for
injuries in a vehicle crash
that occurred on March 8,
2019.
On
September 15, 2022, U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Sarah Netburn
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
It emerged
that Sidibe is out of the
country - "in Africa," it was
said
But he will
have to come back to prosecute
his case.
Judge Netburn
ordered that fact discovery
will close on November 11...
No further extensions for any
reason.
