SDNY COURTHOUSE,
April 19 – Willis Re
sued Paul Herriott to enforce
restrictive
covenants.
On
March 25, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Jesse M. Furman
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
On March 19
Willis Re asked for permission
to redact information in its
filings on contempt.
Judge Furman
granted it on a temporary
basis, pending deciding the
underlying motion. Aren't
these judicial documents,
either way?
For the
hearing on the contempt
motion, Judge Furman named two
Zoom-based platforms, one of
which he used in the Citibank
(mis) wiring case.
On April 19 Judge
Furman held the proceeding.
Inner City Press again covered
it. There was talk about the
role and work on a relation
partner, including "social
talk" with the client. The
motion to dismiss has been
denied; some exhibits have
been unsealed. The case
continues.
This case is
Willis RE Inc. v. Herriott,
21-cv-487 (Furman)
