Physical Therapist Sues Mount Sinai For
Firing After Seizure Demand To Come

SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Dec 12 – Fahrueldin Ebed, an
epiletic physical therapist,
has sued Mount Sinai Hospital
under the Americans With
Disabilities Act.
On
December 11, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Valerie E. Caproni held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
On December
18, 2018, Ebed had a seizure
On January 3 he was told to
leave Mount Sinai, by
voicemail.
Now the
defendants are moving for
summary judgment, by March 1,
with a settlement conference
before then.
Judge
Caproni wanted to know if Ebed
had made a demand. His lawyer
said they had specified their
damages.
