SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 22 – Klassic Hawkins was
walking by 1201 Webster Avenue
in The Bronx on January 21,
2018; for a trip and fall,
Hess Retail Stores has been
sued. The case was removed to
Federal
court.
On June 21, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John P. Cronan held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Cronan was told of discovery
disputes now resolved. Both
sides are talking about
setting a trial date, and said
there will be no summary
judgment motions. It's on.
