SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 25 – Willis Re
sued Paul Herriott to enforce
restrictive
covenants.
On
March 25, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Jesse M. Furman
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
On March 19
Willis Re asked for permission
to redact information in its
filings on contempt.
Judge Furman
granted it on a temporary
basis, pending deciding the
underlying motion. Aren't
these judicial documents,
either way?
Now there
will be a hearing on the
contempt motion, by Zoom, on
April 15. Judge Furman named
two Zoom-based platforms, one
of which he used in the
Citibank (mis) wiring case.
This case is
Willis RE Inc. v. Herriott,
21-cv-487 (Furman)
